“I recently had the good fortune of working with Monika on a very challenging project. Her construction expertise was evident from the beginning and without her involvement I do not think the project would have been completed in the time and or to the satisfaction that it was. The scope of the project and the amount of detail required both through the design, existing conditions and the demands of the clients could easily have warranted twice the amount of time (not to mention a nervous breakdown or two). And yet we completed it by what, at the outset, seemed like an impossible deadline.
